This gathering will kick off the wedding weekend! Food will be provided. The event is outside under a covered pavillion with the option to later move into the brewery. There are heat lamps in the pavillion. No specific dress code! We look forward to seeing everyone!!

Ceremony

Venue will open to guests starting at 330 PM - open bar provided. Ceremony to begin promptly at 430 PM. Ceremony will take place outside. Guest seats are on the grass, so you may want to avoid stilettos. Shuttle Schedule is as follows: Pick Up at Hampton Inn: 320 PM Pick Up at Microtel: 340 PM and 405 PM The Shuttle will remain on site throughout the reception to make trips back and forth to the hotels

Transportation will be provided from the venue to the after-party and back to all hotel options, but this location is within walking distance of the Microtel. If you choose not to attend, the transportation will take you back to the hotel instead! Shuttle will be available throughout the after party to make trips to the hotels if you choose to leave early.

Brunch

Brunch will be located in the Tunnel Bar of the Main Deck. This will be buffet style and very casual, so feel free to come and go as you please! Within walking distance from the Hampton Inn and a very short drive from the Microtel. Event is indoor with the option of being outdoors weather permitting.

Bride and Groom will be sticking around the area the day after the wedding and we hope you can join us! General plan will be to visit Keuka Springs Vineyard, Weis Vineyards and possibly Domaine Lesseurre and Ravines. There is also a good possibility we may end up just picking one to hang at. Due to our party size, they will likely not be able to accommodate everyone for tastings. It will be more of a casual hang out. We do not plan to be out past 4 or so. Again - very loose plan at this point, but wanted to give an update for those we are planning to join. Transportation will be on your own as the places we plan to visit are all close by! If you plan to stick around for Saturday, but also want to do your own thing, feel free to meet us for part of the day! See the Things To Do tab for ideas!
