Our senior year of college at UC Santa Barbara we both decided to try Tinder and it actually worked out! Emily put that she loved ducks on her profile and Stevyn, being the bird enthusiast that he is, was intrigued. Our first date was at a duck pond in Isla Vista and later Stevyn bought Emily mango boba.

Stevyn took Emily out for lunch at our favorite Lebanese restaurant. He then surprised Emily by taking her to a duck pond, reminiscent of our first date. He then sang and played Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling in Love" on his ukulele. He got down on one knee and proposed with Emily's GORGEOUS ring! We then ended our romantic date with some boba.
