Why is there no meal option on our invitation?

Answer

Our dinner will be served family style! Menu items include braised chicken with preserved lemon, beef tenderloin tips bordelaise, fingerling potatoes, and a roasted seasonal vegetable medley. Vegetarian options available upon request - please let us know on your rsvp.

We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Although we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults only event. We hope you understand!

Will the Ceremony & Reception be inside or outside?

Answer

Ceremony will be outside (weather permitting), there is an indoor space should we need it. Cocktail hour will be outdoors in a courtyard adjacent to the indoors ballroom where the Reception will be held.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Suits or dark jackets and slacks for men, cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits for women. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside - weather permitting - so please plan accordingly (shoes, jackets, etc).

What should I do if I cant make it?

You will be missed! Please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there will not be transportation provided to the ceremony. The ceremony venue is a 5 minute drive from the hotel/reception. Please coordinate your travel in advance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00 but we are asking guests to arrive 10-15 minutes early as there is a short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony location at the back of the arboretum.
