Steps for Booking with the Travel Agent: Call or email our travel agent. When calling, ask for Jack; phone Number: 402-390-0909, Email: jack@etravelomaha.com. In the call and/or email, include the following: You are booking for the Hand-Jensen Wedding at the Riu Palace CABO SAN LUCAS. The dates you want to book, the legal name on your passport, or the name that will be on your passport if you do not have one yet before you book. You will pay a $50 deposit, and then you must pay the rest 40 days before departing for the wedding. If you want them to book your flights, state your departure city. The travel agent will book everything for you and apply the group discount to your booking. When you complete the booking process, contact Soren or Emily so we can send an updated count to the hotel. Remember that when booking, sooner is always better for better rates and guaranteed rooms at the resort. If you are not going as a couple or family and would like to share a room with another individual attending the wedding, let Jack know, and he will book you guys in a shared room to save money. Please try to have your rooms booked by December 1st, 2024, to ensure you have a room at the resort. Soren and I will fly to Cabo San Lucas on April 22nd, 2025, and will be there until the 28th of April 2025. Feel free to fly in, depart, and stay as long as you please as long as you are there on April 26th to celebrate with us!
