How do we book the hotel rooms on the resort?

Answer

We are getting married at the Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas. We are working with a travel agency to ensure obtaining flights and hotel rooms is easy and seamless. You will also receive a discount if you book through our travel agent (Jack at Vacation Superstore). The travel agent can book rooms AND flights for the trip out of any airport UNLESS you are using travel points or frequent flyer miles for the flight; in this case, the travel agent can ONLY assist you with booking the hotel. You will need a PASSPORT as our wedding is out of the country. Steps for Booking with the Travel Agent: Call or email our travel agent: When calling, ask for Jack: Phone Number: 402-390-0909, Email: jack@etravelomaha.com. In the call and/or email, include: You are booking for the Hand-Jensen Wedding. You are booking for the Riu Palace CABO SAN LUCAS. The dates you want to book. A legal name or the name that will be on your passport if you do not have one yet before you book. You will pay a $50 deposit, and then you must pay the rest 40 days before departing for the wedding. If you want them to book your flights, state your departure city. Remember that when booking, sooner is always better for better rates and guaranteed rooms at the resort. If you are not going as a couple or family and would like to share a room with another individual attending the wedding, let Jack know, and he will book you guys in a shared room to save money.

When should we book our Room and RSVP?

Answer

Please plan on booking before the end of the year (December 1st, 2024) so we can send updated numbers to the wedding planner and hotel. Please also remember to RSVP to our wedding on our wedding website by October 1st, 2024.
