Our venue does meet all CDC guidelines at this time. The ceremony will be held outdoors with ample space for guest and other optional seating if requested. Reception is held indoors and outdoors following tables being spread out at 6ft and at guest count at 25% capacity. Outdoor seating available for anyone who desires to remain outside throughout the day. The inside reception area does have sufficient air condition and a strong ventilation system. Throughout the venue there will be hand sanitizer stations for hand washing. Food at the reception is remaining as a buffet, but staff and the cater are following CDC guidelines for food service. Staff of the venue will be wear mask, and guest wearing mask is permitted. With all of this being said, if you still do not feel comfortable attending we completely understand!
Following CDC guidelines, our venue does not require mask for wedding guest. You have a choice as to whether you would like to wear a mask or not. Mask are an option to wear throughout the wedding. As the bride and groom we ask that you do wear a mask while getting your food in the buffet. Mask will be provided if needed.
Yes! There are 60 outside seats available to anyone who prefers to sit outside throughout the reception as compared to inside! A tent is provided for guest to enjoy throughout the ceremony and reception.
Due to COVID-19 we are very limited to in our guest list. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! This is an opportunity for our wonderful family and friends that are parents to enjoy a night out to celebrate with us! Due to COVID-19 we have also had to limit our guest list to keep everyone safe.
Semi Formal, please. We want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.
Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:15 pm to ensure seating prior to the beginning of the ceremony.
Yes! Our ceremony will be outside and the cocktail hour will also be outside and in the downstairs of the barn. Our reception will be upstairs. For older guest, and those with assistive mobility devices, the barn is surrounded by ramps that are outside. Please see a family member of the groom or bride, our any of the Iron Mills staff for help.
