Sam and I go way back to our time at Saint Andrews Assyrian youth classes when we were just youngsters. However, our friendship didn't exactly start on the friendliest note. In fact, Sam thought I was a bit mean, and I found him rather annoying. Fast forward a few years to our college days – that's when destiny decided to give us a nudge. Out of the blue, we received a call from Sams cousin, suggesting a trip to experience the Holy Land as college students. Now, being a bit of a scaredy-cat, I hesitated to embark on this adventure without familiar faces. Well, fate had its way, and Sam would be joining too! Armed with Sam's number, I mustered the courage to reach out, asking if he remembered me and if he'd be up for a pre-trip Dunkin Donuts meet to sort out the paperwork for the trip. To my surprise, he agreed! As we sat down, something clicked. We became instant friends, realizing we shared the same humor, likes, dislikes, and an undeniable love for movies and food. Post-trip, Sam summoned the courage to confess his feelings for me, and, as they say, the rest is history! We consider ourselves incredibly blessed to have found each other and are grateful every day for our families and our love. Now, we're eagerly looking forward to celebrating our wedding day with all of you!
