The ceremony begins at 2:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 1:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating.
Black Tie Optional. We’d love for everyone to feel their best! Tuxedos and formal gowns are always a lovely choice, but a dark suit and tie or an elegant dress are also completely welcome. Please avoid white, ivory, or cream.
We’ve reserved a hotel block at The Crowne Plaza Suffern-Mahwah. Use code WBS to receive our discounted rate by October 2, 2026. Guests are welcome to stay at any nearby hotel, but please note that transportation will only be provided from The Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Guests should plan to drive to the ceremony at Sacred Heart Church, where parking will be available on-site. Many guests will be driving to the ceremony. For the reception at Arrow Park, complimentary valet parking will be provided on-site. A shuttle will also run at 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM from The Crowne Plaza Hotel to Arrow Park for guests who prefer not to drive. Returning shuttles from Arrow Park to The Crowne Plaza Hotel will depart at 9:30 PM, 10:00 PM, and 11:45 PM.
Plus-ones were included on invitations as space allowed. If you’d like to inquire about bringing a guest, please reach out and we’ll do our best depending on our remaining seating and the venue’s capacity. Thank you for understanding!
As much as we love your little ones, we've decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening!
Your presence is the greatest gift, and we’re so excited to celebrate with you. Our registry is available on the Registry tab of our website, and contributions toward our future are also very welcome.
Our cocktail hour and reception are fully indoors; however, we’ll also be enjoying some of the outdoor spaces for mingling (weather permitting). We suggest bringing a jacket for comfort. A coat check will be provided for your convenience.
We’d love for you to share your photos with us after the ceremony and our special day! We kindly ask that phones be kept away and silenced during the ceremony, as it is a sacred space and we’ll have a photographer capturing every moment. We promise it will make the experience more meaningful for everyone.
We will be serving a family-style menu with a variety of dishes for guests to enjoy. The wedding will be nut-free, and we are aware that many guests have dietary restrictions, including gluten-free needs; gluten-free options will be available and all dishes will be clearly labeled. If you have any dietary restrictions or require a special meal, please let us know on your RSVP so we can accommodate you. We’ll make sure our catering team is fully informed and takes every precaution.
Our official RSVP deadline will be included with formal invitations. In the meantime, we’d love it if you could let us know whether you think you’ll be able to attend.
Arrow Park is located in Monroe, NY, approximately one hour north of New York City, and is accessible via the New York State Thruway and Route 17. On-site parking is available at both Arrow Park and The Crowne Plaza Hotel. For guests flying in, the most convenient airport is Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). LaGuardia (LGA) and JFK are also options, though slightly farther. From the airport, guests can rent a car or use a ride-share service. For those traveling by train, NJ Transit’s Port Jervis Line runs from NYC to Harriman Station, the closest train stop to Arrow Park, followed by a short car or ride-share trip. NJ Transit also runs trains to Suffern or Mahwah, which are closest to The Crowne Plaza Hotel, with a brief taxi or ride-share connection. Guests may also travel by bus. Coach USA / ShortLine buses run from Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC to the Monroe / Woodbury Commons area, with a short taxi or ride-share to Arrow Park. NJ Transit bus routes also serve the Suffern and Mahwah areas near the hotel, followed by a short local ride to The Crowne Plaza Hotel.
