We’re gettin’ married!

They met back when Ryan was in high school – Emily’s sister, Samantha, had friends over for her annual birthday bash. Emily, the little sister tag-a-long (or so she felt) was there celebrating her big sister’s birthday. Thanks to Samantha, Emily joined in on the fun and was introduced to, little did she know, her future groom-to-be. Many years later, they ran into each other while out in downtown Milwaukee. Over some (many) Miller Lites and endless conversation, a spark began between them and they started spending more and more time together. But life must continue; Emily went back to college in Dayton, OH and Ryan stayed in Milwaukee. Still, their spark never fizzled. Finally, after Emily returned to Milwaukee, Ryan asked his best friend and her sister, Samantha, for her ‘blessing’ to give things a real go this time. After her happy agreement, Ryan took Em on her last-ever first date. And as fate served it, the next ‘blessing’ Ryan would ask for was asking Nick (Emily’s dad) for her hand … and she happily agreed. We can’t wait to celebrate with you after saying ‘I do’ on 8.12.23!
