The average temperature in Ft Worth on 11/15 is 65 degrees during the day and 50 degrees at night. Since most of the festivities (ceremony, dinner and dancing) are planned to be outside (grass, gravel or concrete), a light sweater / shawl / jacket and comfortable shoes are recommended.
Lyft and Uber are highly recommended and plentiful, but there is a parking lot on-site & street parking nearby as well.
4pm - ceremony begins 4:30-6pm - cocktail hour with light bites 6-7:30pm - dinner, speeches, first dance 7:30-11pm - party time! Post-wedding - for those who are up for it, we can plan to head to another bar after the wedding ends! The Worthington hotel bar (Toro Toro) closes at midnight. *We have a band from 4-8pm and a DJ from 8-11pm
The bridal party and aunts/uncles will be at the rehearsal dinner in the Stockyards from 5-8pm. For dinner, I recommend going to Lonesome Dove Steakhouse, H3 Ranch, or Joe T Garcias (be prepared to wait in line, though). I recommend going to Second Rodeo Brewery around 8pm as we plan to head over there afterwards!
The bride, groom and immediate family plan to stay in Fort Worth on Sunday night. We will be out and about in Fort Worth all day, watching football! *12 noon kickoff for Bills vs. Bucs - Buffalo Bros on TCU campus is the place to be! Reservations are not allowed so we are seated on a first come, first served basis. *Other fans are welcomed but must drink from a Bills mug :)
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. There will be a meat, chicken and a vegetarian option available. Meat: Braised Short Rib with a wine demi sauce Chicken: Roasted Chicken Breast with poblano cream Veggie: House-made Gnocchi with wild mushrooms, peas, poblano cream *If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.
The only children invited to the event are those that are children of those within our wedding party, listed here on our website. We would love to celebrate with all of your little ones, but unfortunately are unable to given the space requirements of the venue. Thank you for understanding!
The doors to the venue will open 30 minutes ahead of our ceremony time at Artspace111. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue 20-30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to find a seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Thank you!
