While we adore the little ones in our lives, we have chosen to host an adults-only celebration. We are happy to provide childcare recommendations for those traveling with children.
We invite guests to dress in cocktail attire with a chic, spring-forward feel. Since most of the event will take place outside, consider bringing sunglasses for the ceremony & and a jacket/wrap for nightfall. Women: Midi- or knee-length dresses, jumpsuits, or matching sets all work. Block-heel encouraged as the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass. Men: Suits are encouraged
Early March in Austin typically brings pleasant afternoons and cooler evenings, with the occasional surprise. As our celebration will take place mostly outdoors, we suggest sunglasses for the ceremony and a jacket or wrap for after sunset. Typical daytime high: around 70–72°F Typical evening low: around 49–50°F Be sure to check the weather as we get closer to the date - the forecast is currently calling for rain!
Private shuttle buses will depart the W Hotel and the South Congress Hotel for the ceremony at around 2:30 p.m. There will be return shuttles to the hotels at the end of the reception – approximately 9:30 p.m. - and another departure time following the after party at 11:00 p.m. Austin is very ride share friendly and both hotels are close to the venue so that is always an option.
