Coronado Island
Take the ferry or drive over to Coronado for beach walks, cute shops, and views of the San Diego skyline.
Adventure Whale Watching
June is a great time for whale watching in San Diego, especially for spotting blue whales along the coast during their migration! Tours typically leave from Mission Bay or the downtown harbor, and it’s a fun way to experience the ocean, dolphins, sea lions, and incredible coastal views.
Torrey Pines State Beach
Beautiful coastal hiking trails with incredible ocean views. Perfect for a morning hike, sunset walk, or anyone wanting to experience San Diego’s natural coastline. Park at Torrey Pines for $20 or park at the bottom and hike up!

Cabrillo National Monument
One of the best panoramic views in San Diego overlooking the ocean, downtown skyline, and Coronado. Great spot for sightseeing, coastal walks, tide pools, and sunset views.
