Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal! If you've been looking for an excuse to dress up - this is it! That being said, please don't feel stressed about conforming to traditional expectations. The only rules are no jeans and DON'T WEAR WHITE! (Please note: if you show up wearing white, you will be publicly shamed and then forcefully removed from the premises.) Still not sure what to wear? What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 5:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm - any guests running late will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the ceremony has concluded.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless we have personally said otherwise, you are NOT permitted to bring a plus one. If you have questions about your invitation, please reach out!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our event is adult only. Unless we have specifically discussed with you otherwise, children are not permitted. If you have questions about your invitation, please reach out!

Am I allowed to take photos on my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely not! If you pull out your phone during the ceremony, you will be taken out by the snipers we have stationed in the trees (this is obviously a joke, but the severity of the statement remains true). We have hired an extraordinary photographer who's photos will turn out a million times better than anything you could ever dream of capturing on your iPhone 13; if you ruin our wedding photos because you took your phone out, we will hold a grudge like no other! You may take as many photos as you like during the reception, but for the ceremony, PLEASE put your phone on Do Not Disturb and keep it stored in your purse/pocket.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Our immediate family is invited to the rehearsal dinner the evening before the wedding (invite only). However, our extended family and friends are invited to join us for drinks afterwards (location tbd).

Is there parking and/or transportation for the event?

Answer

Calamigos Ranch offers valet parking. Additionally, a shuttle service will be provided to and from the Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotel.
