Delta County currently has very low numbers, but we are still taking precautions. Masks will be required and plenty of hand sanitizer will be provided. We will also implement a bracelet system so you can easily tell other people your comfort level regarding social interactions. Our venue also holds almost twice as many people as are invited, so we should have plenty of space. Please let us know if you have any specific questions or concerns.
We're keeping things casual! We won't stop you from dressing to the nines, but we also don't mind if jeans and a button up is more your style. We're just happy you wanted to celebrate with us!
We will be serving a full meal as well as a selection of beer and wine (and non-alcoholic options, too). Hard liquor is NOT allowed on the property, so please be respectful of our venues' rules and expectations.
We'll have things to keep the littles entertained during the (very short) ceremony if you want to bring them along.
There are a few bed and breakfasts in Cooper, but we have reserved a block of rooms at Clarion Pointe hotel in Sulphur Springs. They also provide transportation to and from the venue if you book a room there. If you'd like to stay at a different hotel, there other options in Sulphur Springs and Paris (both about 20 minutes from the venue).
For those staying at Clarion Pointe in Sulphur Springs, there will be a shuttle leaving the hotel at 4:30pm on Sunday to take guests to the venue. The shuttle will leave the venue at 10:30pm to return to the hotel. If you are wanting to arrive/leave at different times, you will need to arrange for transportation on your own.
