Maid of Honor
Emily and Nicole met in college where they were both theatre majors at MSU, and whether they're going out for coffee or staying up late watching reality shows or off on an adventure, it's a friendship that just feels like sunshine. Emily and Nicole lived together for much of college, and are inseparable anytime they're together. They're been on several road trips and crossed an ocean together, and no matter where they go there is sure to be plenty of laughter, love, and utter nonsense. Emily is so excited to have Nicole with her during this next adventure, and thanks hers for always empowering her and inspiring her, more than she'll ever know.
Best Man
Mason and Nash started their careers in news together at KAUZ in Wichita Falls. As nightside reporter and producer, they spent many hours laughing and yelling at each other from across desks, hours which quickly turned into a long and lasting friendship. Mason’s quick wit and generosity stood out to Nash from the moment they met. He is always fast to respond and ready to help. They both still live and work in news in Louisville, and while they’re at different stations, their chemistry hasn’t changed at all. They still spend hours together laughing and talking about anything and everything. Nash is so thankful to have Mason with him on this next step in his life.
Matron of Honor
Emily and Michelle met in 6th grade art class, and they were instant friends. It's not often you find someone that you connect with so naturally, but no matter how much time has passed since they last saw each other or the distance between them, Michelle's bright and loving friendship is one that Emily will cherish forever. She's been there for so many life moments, and growing up with her has been so incredible. Emily was in Michelle's wedding just last July, and being there with her and seeing how happy she was standing with her new husband was so special. Emily is so happy to have Michelle by her side for her big day, and thanks her for her unwavering support and the absolute joy she brings into her life.
Groomsman
A study abroad trip almost a decade ago brought Dexter and Nash together on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, and it was an immediate friendship that had them sharing a whole pitcher of wine, talking like they’d known each other forever within a few hours of meeting. What makes Dexter special is his compassion and just how much he cares for other people. Nash has watched Dexter go from a party animal in college, to a family man with a wife and daughter, and he can’t wait to see what else the future holds for him. Every time the two get together, it’s like no time has passed, and they’re right back at that small ristorante in Southern Italy. Nash is so honored to have Dexter along for this journey.
Bridesmaid
Shae and Emily met in college, where they were both theatre majors working in the scene shop. The years they spent covered in sawdust and pulling all nighters together were so incredibly special, and there is no doubt that Emily's life is better because she knows Shae. No matter how busy life becomes, Shae continues to be an inspiration, and a constant source of love and understanding. They are two halves of the same brain, and wether they're helping each other through a tough spot or encouraging a new step, or just coming up with fun powerpoints, the time together always flies by. Emily is so excited to have her with her for the big day, and thanks her for a friendship that always feels like a warm hug.
Groomsman
Quenton and Nash first met working the weekends together at WAVE news in Louisville. Nash was producing the evening shows and Quenton was in charge of web and desk. Over time Nash started asking Quenton less about news, and more & more about whatever nerdy stuff he was into at the moment. Thankfully Quenton has the patience of a saint, and is always ready to listen. It was an obvious friendship from there. He’s the kind of reliable friend that will come in before work to help you move out of a third story apartment, and always ready to make you laugh. Nash is proud to call Quenton one of his best friends and is very thankful to have him by his side.
Bridesmaid
Emily met Lindsay shortly after moving to Louisville in 2021, both of them working in theatre in Louisville. Lindsay was so immediately welcoming and very clearly the kind of person you want to hang out with as much as you can. Whether its at work or crafting together or enjoying a little treat day, it's a friendship that always feels sparkly and fun. All the best director's agree, they're the dream team to have in your tech booth. Lindsay can always make you smile, and is always ready to hear you vent or help push you to do the thing you're afraid to try. Emily is delighted to have Lindsay with her for this day, and thanks her for a friendship that's truly special.
