What is the wedding date?

We are booking an Airbnb from March 2-6, 2026. Our official wedding day will be March 3rd, 2026.

Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at Ravens Roost Overlook in Shenandoah National Park. The ceremony site is directly accessible, no hiking required! That said, if you’d feel more comfortable in hiking boots, you’re welcome to wear them.

What airports are nearby?

Answer

There are two main airport options. Richmond International Airport (RIC) is about 1.5 hours from Charlottesville and typically offers more flight options. Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport (CHO) is smaller and sometimes a bit pricier, but it’s located right in Charlottesville for maximum convenience.

Where will we be staying?

Answer

Each family will be staying in their own airbnb from March 2nd - March 6th. They are all close by to each other for easy travel. We will share the location with you when we get it.

How do we get to Shenandoah National Park?

Answer

There is a $30 entrance fee per car, per entrance. The overlook where the ceremony will take place is called Ravens Roost Overlook and it is about 40-50 minutes from our Airbnbs.
