Hodelpa Emotions Puerto Plata

This is where the majority of guests will be staying, including the wedding party. This resort is all inclusive and ~30min from the venue. There is another all inclusive option right next to the wedding venue (Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort) but this one has higher ratings and reviews. In addition, the shuttle that transports guests to the welcome party, ceremony and reception will be picking up / dropping off only from Emotions.

Flight

Santiago (STI) vs. Puerto Plata (POP)

Guests should plan to arrive on October 9th, for the welcome party on October 10th and the wedding on October 11th. STI is the more affordable option, however, it is ~1hr and 30min away from Puerto Plata. If you will be renting a car, this is the option we recommend and it's where we will be flying in and out from. Puerto Plata is the pricier option and is ~20min away from the resort.
