We wanted to provide this page to share steps we are taking to make our big day a safe one. We are so excited to celebrate this occasion with all of you, but also understand the concerns around large social gatherings. Please use your own best judgement in deciding if you will join us. If you belong to a high-risk group and have concerns, please reach out to us. If you are traveling from an area with a higher rate of infections, please exercise extra caution and consideration. Ultimately, we want everyone to be as comfortable as possible and understand if you are unable to join us under the circumstances. MASKS: Disposable masks will be provided and we ask that you please wear one when you are unable to maintain at least six feet of social distance during the day's events. This is not political for us, but a matter of protecting our loved ones including you. We ask for your understanding and appreciate your cooperation. Those who have health conditions complicated by the wearing of masks are exempt from this request. We will respectfully leave the wearing of masks by children to the discretion of parents. A hand washing station, hand wipes, and disposable gloves will also be available. DISTANCING: We have added additional tent coverage to our reception area to allow for more space between guests. As RSVPs come in and we gather our final guest count, as much space as possible will be placed between seats. We are also taking a look at ways to designate/reserve socially distant seating for those in high-risk groups. MINIMIZING CONTACT: While there won't be a seating chart for the ceremony or reception, we recommend sitting with folks you already interact with and limiting any new interactions with those outside of "your group." FOOD SAFETY: Under current catering guidelines, buffets may not be self-serve. As such, we are making plans to have just a few folks (wearing gloves and masks) safely serve our guests as you go through the buffet line.
