We both swiped right and the rest is history! We met on a dating site (thanks, Bumble!) in July 2017 and had our first date at a fun neighborhood spot, BistroRx in Baltimore. We had both essentially given up on dating at this point, but continued to chat before agreeing to a first date (So glad we did!!). Emily may have enjoyed too much wine on the first date, but Lorin was instantly attracted by her charisma and wanted to continue to get to know her. From there our relationship blossomed and Emily quickly knew Lorin would be the one! (Emily even told her closest friends this very early on which may have been creepy at the time, but when you know, you know!) It wasn't long before Emily moved in with Lorin, rescued a sweet little puppers, Mia and a year later decided to "move to the county" and buy a house in Parkville, MD! Our lives together have been pure bliss, but we both knew a little something was missing..... a proposal ;) In May 2019, Lorin popped the question at sunset on a pier in Solomon's Island, MD. Emily knew this day was coming, but could have not imagined how perfect it would turn out. So now, here we are.. Getting married!! We are looking forward to starting this new chapter together, and can’t wait to celebrate with all of our favorite people!
