Not at all! We trust and use Tiffany, and she is able to help you with as little or as much as you want her to for your travel needs.

What are the perks to upgrading to the Preferred Club at Secrets the Vine?

Answer

Although there is an additional cost per night, we do think preferred is something to consider when booking. Here's why - you get your own butler who you can communicate 24/7 through WhatsApp, the views are stellar as all the preferred rooms are on the 22nd or above floors, private check in and out on the preferred floors, and upgraded liquor/bath/room amenities.

The average temperature during the day is around 75 degrees. The daily average high temperature is 81 degrees. It almost never passes 86 degrees in January. The daily average low temperature is 68 degrees.

The RSVP only asked if I was attending the wedding, but what about the other activities?

Answer

Everyone making the trek to Cancun are invited to all the fun events: rehearsal dinner on Friday night, the main event on Saturday, and the pool party on Sunday!

Can I bring my cigarettes/cigars/other tobacco products?

Answer

We would highly not recommend you bring any of these items. On January 15, 2023, Mexico's radical new anti-smoking law took full effect country wide. The law made it illegal to smoke virtually everywhere with the exception of a private residence. Hotel and resort rooms are considered public property for the purposes of this law. We will be super busy and unable to bail you out of the Mexican jail!

What is the dress code?

Answer

It's a beach wedding, and it will be sandy and probably warm! The ceremony and reception will be outside, so dress cool and comfortable. Sandals and flip flops are totally acceptable!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Don't be late! We are starting at 5:00 sharp, so grab a cocktail on your way to the beach and get a good seat.
