Due to unforseen circumstances out of our control, we have had to cancel the hotel block at the Ramada by Wyndham.

We will be using JTR Transportation for a shuttle between the hotel blocks and our venue. Itinerary: Homewood Suites: Pickup 3:20pm-3:30pm Hampton Inn Newburgh: Pickup 3:35pm-3:45pm Courtyard Marriott Newburgh: Pickup 3:50pm-4:00pm There will be return shuttles leaving the venue to return to all hotels at 9:30pm and 11pm.

NYC Airports
NYC has many airports to choose from, but we find LaGuardia best for domestic flights. Our hotel block is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from New York Stewart International Airport. We recommend renting a car for the easiest way to commute between our venue and NYC airports.

Metro-North Railroad, Hudson Line
Metro-North's Hudson Line offers a direct link to New York City (Grand Central Terminal) via Beacon Station. Local accommodations include The Roundhouse Hotel and The Dutchess Inn & Spa

The closest Amtrak station to the venue is the Poughkeepsie station. Amtrack offers service from Maryland, Pennsylvania, NYC and beyond!
Travel Note
Car Information
Rideshare services like Uber are available in this area, but may be limited or delayed late at night. Ubers can be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. There are several taxi services that can be reserved as well, such as Lero's Point to Point or Armanis Limo & Car service. For those who wish to drive, the venue has plenty of free parking and allows for cars to be left overnight if needed. Please make sure all cars are picked up by 11am the following morning.
