It all started in a grocery store… which still makes us laugh because out of all places, that’s where our story began. I had just had surgery and was still in the middle of healing, so I definitely wasn’t at my best. But somehow, I felt this random burst of confidence to give Keysean my number and to this day, I truly believe that boldness came from God. Because normally? That’s just not me at all. But that day, I went for it. And somehow, he matched that same energy. Not only did he actually call me, but we ended up talking on the phone for an hour. An entire hour… like we had known each other way longer than we actually had. From the very beginning, there was just something about him. Of course, I noticed his smile, but more than that, I noticed his heart. He was kind in a way that felt real, not forced, and it naturally drew me in. What started as a quick, random moment in a grocery store turned into long conversations, a lot of laughter, and getting to know each other more and more. And somewhere along the way, it became clear… this wasn’t just a coincidence. Looking back now, it’s crazy how one small moment can change everything. What felt random at the time was actually God being very intentional. And now here we are… from a grocery store meeting to forever.
