This is a pre-event with henna for ladies only! Everyone can come for lunch! Fellas or those who identify as, if there’s time you can get henna but priority to the ladies. ! The bride will be getting her full wedding henna, & ladies will have the option to get some henna on their hands for the wedding celebration. This is an informal event so dress more comfortably. You'll want probably short/three quaterlength sleeves so that you don't get henna on your shirt . Though informal, the bride will be in a kurta or less-elaborate saree & photos will be taken. Vegetarian lunch will be served. This is a rolling event, you need not stay for this entire event as we'll only have a few henna artists & it will be applied in phases but will also take time to dry :). This is a chance to chat, eat, relax & see the bride & briefly the groom before the main events. Mehendi is at the WelcomeHotel ITC Kenses in the upstairs marina hall.

This is our one and only wedding reception to kick off the weekend before our ceremony! Please join us SATURDAY night for a meet and greet with the couple, dinner, and dancing at Samaaya! Semi-formal: For women Sarees, Lehenga, or other calf or ankle-length semi formal dresses. For men: Veshti/Dhoti & Kurta/Shirt or Western Suit & Tie
