Please visit "travel" for hotels nearby and more information. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn, Auburn. Airbnb and VRBO are other great options. If you have any questions reach out!
Yes! Both ceremony and reception will be held at Black Oak Mountain Vineyard. We will have a shuttle service to take you from the ceremony site to the reception site.
Cocktail OR Semi-formal — The evening may get chilly, please bring a jacket! Please refrain from wearing white/ivory and any shade of light blue or turquoise (navy or deep blue are acceptable). These are reserved for special guests! Thank you!
Ceremony will begin at 4:00pm sharp. We suggest to arrive at least 20-30 minutes before scheduled ceremony to ensure everything stays on time. Grab a seat and mingle before the ceremony starts!
We are at capacity with our venue therefore we kindly ask that you only RSVP for those listed on your invitation - a guest will be listed when you go to RSVP if applicable.
We have a lot of loved ones with kids! Due to venue capacity and limitations, we've opted for an adults only ceremony and reception. We hope you can understand our decision and enjoy the night off of kids!
