If there exists a world where me and Buie aren’t best friends, I don’t know it. We ruled the church nursery together and spent our childhood living 2 doors down from each other. Our family loved to call her our “Buie baby” and she was simply considered the 4th Conway child. In this constantly changing world she has been an absolute rock for me and someone I know I can always turn to for in depth discussions about how God is working in our lives and what we’re looking forward to in the future. One of the things she’s been looking forward to: marrying Josh! Getting to have a front row seat to their relationship blooming from the instant connection to the deeply rooted, Godly relationship it is now is such a testament to keeping God in the center of everything you do. I love you both so much!

Josh loves college football and I do as well, so naturally we became friends. Our friendship started by talking sports on our morning car rides to camp, and has now grown to become something I truly cherish. Although we can’t catch up with each other while watching football on Saturdays, we still find time to check in with each other as often as we can. Josh is a true friend and intelligent guy (except for being an Aggie - Go Vols!). He is a leader and a role model I look up to. When I need advice, I turn straight to Josh because he is always shooting straight and in the right direction. Getting to see the effort he and Emily have put in to allow their relationship to work has been incredible, and now all their hard work will pay off. I love you both and wish you all the best!

Emily and I met at Auburn during our Freshman year. Emily’s crazy outgoing and friendly personality made us fast friends. God has blessed her with so much discernment and an ability to speak life into anyone she encounters and she has done just so in my life. She loves each and every friend fiercely. Each time I am with Emily, I am pushed to pursue Christ with love. We have gotten to experience so much together and speak so much life into one another. I am so honored to be able to stand beside Emily as she says “I do” to Josh and what an honor is has also been to walk beside her watching the Lord work in their relationship. Josh and Emily are such a perfect picture of God’s love for us and what His love looks in us each day. I am SO excited for you two and I can't wait for the big day!

Josh and I first met, well, when he was born (he’s my brother). I’ve had the unique opportunity of knowing Josh through many phases of his life, including the cowboy days, the stint as a skater boy, and even the preppy days. He has always been a Fightin’ Texas Aggie though! Thanks to our parents’ love for the Lord, Josh and I got to grow up in the church. I had the privilege of being witness to Josh being saved, being baptized, and his work in ministry through Pine Cove and elsewhere. With that, I’ve seen Josh grow into a strong, dependable, gentle, compassionate man. I know that Emily will be blessed by those qualities as they begin this new life together. I couldn’t be more excited to see all that the Lord has for them in the years to come!

I met Buie our freshmen year of college. Our mutual friend Teressa told us that we would get along and was hyping Buie up to me before we met. Honestly, I wasn’t sure bc I’m not one to hit it off with someone the first time I meet them. But boy was I wrong, Buie and I clicked instantly. From then on I knew God had placed her in my life for a reason. Buie is someone who everyone is drawn to because of her welcoming spirit and contagious laugh. I know I can always count on her for Godly advice and she is one of my greatest encouragers. I can’t believe she’s about to be married and I get to be a part of it! The moment I met Josh at Cracker Barrel, I knew he was handcrafted for Buie. Josh is an amazing listener and is so kind to everyone. I can’t wait to see what God has in store for ya'll.

Josh and I first met in 2015, working together at Pine Cove. We have extremely different personalities, yet we bonded immediately in the camp environment and as co-Wedding DJs. There are few men in my life who have had such a specific impact on my life as Josh has. He has shown me a fresh work ethic and attitude towards life that is enduring and honorable. I have never doubted Josh's intentions or words; in many ways, he has brought stability to my life as I am sure he is even more with Emily. I, in fact, was the driver of the mid-bus where Josh asked Emily to be his girlfriend and laid his first kiss on her - I kept it on the down-low so he wouldn't get fired by Pine Cove because I respect prime-time romantics like Josh. Buie and I met our freshman year of college and I was instantly drawn to her infectious laughter and spirit! If there is one thing I value in my life, it is humor; Buie and I can just sit, talk and laugh ALL DAY LONG. Not only can the girl make me laugh, she also makes me feel incredibly loved at all times. She always remember the important dates and surprises me when I least expect it, always going above and beyond what an average friend would do. My favorite thing about Buie is that she keeps the Lord first and foremost in her life. Whenever I stumble in life, Buie is always the first one to remind me that the Lord has a plan for me and that He loves me no matter what. I am SO extremely thankful for our friendship and cannot wait to be by her side on the biggest day of her life.

I met Josh 2 years ago in a class that I was taking at A&M. I went to talk to him and asked him if we could study together. After a few days, we started studying together & getting to know each other. We realized that we have many things in common such as the love of Jesus Christ, Aggie football, basketball & our major of course. Eventually he introduced me to his beautiful, future wife that I am blessed to know. Josh has helped me a lot academically and mentally in my journey at A&M. Josh has been a great friend that I can count on. I love him so much. Emily and Josh inspire me a lot with their love and happiness. I am very thankful to have them in my life. I met Josh my freshmen year of high school. As we got to know each other & started hanging out, we bonded over our love for ping-pong, college football and Marvel movies. We got even closer when we decided to be college roommates at UGA, continuing our ping-pong & movie dates. Josh then moved away to Texas A&M 2 years into college, but we stayed in touch & made sure to hang whenever he was in town. When I met Buie for the first time, I had already heard so much about her & we instantly bonded & became good friends. Between our inside jokes & shared love of Josh (amongst other things), we’ve also become even closer, & I’ve come to love Buie *almost* as much as I love Josh. I’ve been super thankful for the friendship Josh & I have shared and am super excited for him and Buie to tie the knot!

It is a pleasure to know Emily & Josh together. Their love is evidently pure, comfortable, and steadfast. Although I love to see them together, I have also been blessed to know and love them separately. I met Josh freshman year of high school when we played on the school tennis team together. He is reserved at first, but a joy and a light once you have broken through the initial barrier. I met Emily working at Pine Cove Camps. Our friendship was immediate upon our first encounter because to know Emily is to know a true friend. I have never felt more treasured as a friend than I have with Emily. She seeks you out and is loyal to the bitter end. Although I have only known her for 2 and a half years, I feel as though I have known her my whole life. I can't wait to celebrate the two of you!

Sam Peters here. I’m honored to be a part of this wedding, to stand witness to a love that I saw blossom right before my very eyes. Josh was the intelligent, soft-spoken, lady swooner of the team and Emily the enthusiast. I was in the same host home as Josh after his first non-sanctioned date. His glasses were steamed up and he sported an irrepressible smile. I love both of these friends very much and can’t wait to continue to be surprised by their love and stand witness the inevitable steamy glasses and smiles to come.

Josh and I met on the tennis court in high school. If you've never seen him play tennis you really need to. He's quiet at first. I believe this bc one of his greatest strengths is the simplicity of truly listening. Once you get to know him not only is he funny, but he is filled with a reverent loyalty. He never lets you eat alone at Zaxby’s and gives the greatest advice. Emily Buie is a one of a kind friend. She is the type of friend that will tell you “You are going to be in my wedding” 4 days after meeting her. I met Emily at Pine Cove orientation 3 summers ago. We spent that summer together traveling in a mid-bus (lol) & telling kids about Jesus. Emily radiates compassion and appreciates the good, the bad and the ugly of each and every person. I met sweet Emily Raye while standing in a circle of people I didn’t know on my first day at Pine Cove. I had no idea how much she would mean to me when she ran up to me screaming my name as if we had known each other for years. As we spent the summer together I quickly learned how much camp meant to her & how big of a role it played in her relationship with Josh. Emily is one of the most strong-willed, loyal & loving people I have ever met. This was so evident to me in the way she talked about Josh. She calls people to be the best version of themselves & she loves without ceasing. Watching her & Josh grow together in the time I’ve known them has been such a blessing. I had the pleasure of working with Josh at Pine Cove in the summer of 2015. I got to witness Josh be an incredible servant with an amazing heart for the Lord & for others. We bonded over engineering & our love for A&M football & basketball. I was looking for a roommate the same time that Josh made the 3rd best decision in his life to transfer to A&M. After about a 30 second convo we had worked out all of the details. We have now been roommates for 2 ½ awesome years. Josh is one of the most humble & hardworking guys I know. It has been a blast getting to live with him & watch him grow in his relationship with the Lord & Emily. I can’t wait to see what God has in store for Josh & Emily. When I think of a marriage that will beautifully represent the biblical marriage of God with His bride, the church, I think of Emily & Josh. I met Em freshman year. I truly could not imagine my life w/out the joy of the Lord that is evident through her. I remember when Emily & Josh first started dating & how Josh perfectly complimented everything about Emily. My favorite moment in Em & Josh's relationship was when Josh & I were texting pics of her ring before he proposed. I remember thinking "Frick. Josh loves Emily SO DANG MUCH". It brought joy to my heart seeing such a Godly man love one of my best friends in the very best way. Thank you both for being such a beautiful image of the type of love the Lord has for us.
