Yes. Please visit the "Travel and Accommodations" page for more information.
If you're not in the wedding, we suggest that you arrive on Friday so that you can join us at the Welcome Party if possible. Check out the "Things to Do" page if you're here even earlier and want to explore New Orleans.
Yes, we will provide bus transportation for guests from the ceremony to the reception, and back to the hotels at the end of the night. Transportation during the reception will run continuously, and the final shuttle will depart at 10:15 PM after the reception. After the reception, guests will have the option of taking a bus back to The Roosevelt, NOPSI, or Westin Hotel, or to the afterparty at the Maison. There will not be transportation following the afterparty, and we encourage guests to use Uber or Lyft to get back to their hotels (walking is not advised). We ask all guests needing transportation to please indicate this on their RSVP card.
For those choosing to drive themselves this evening, there is typically some street parking available near Immaculate Conception; however, we strongly advise that you leave ample time to find parking before the ceremony begins. There is complimentary parking in a private parking lot available for our reception at the New Orleans Country Club.
Please arrive at the church by 5:15 PM at the latest. The ceremony begins at 5:30 PM sharp.
We are having a traditional, New Orleans-style reception with many different food stations. We will hopefully have plenty of options to meet your tastes and preferences, but if you have a particular food allergy, please reach out to us beforehand, and we can make sure that there is a list of items that are safe for you to eat.
If your children were listed on your invitation, then yes, they are welcome to join! We ask that anyone with infants or younger children who may not be comfortable sitting through the ceremony to sit towards the back of the church since there is only one exit out the back.
