We're gathering at Lucas Confectionary in Troy, NY, to greet everyone ahead of our special day! We're so excited to see faces who traveled near and far to be with us and can't wait to kick off the weekend. We suggest having dinner in Saratoga or Troy beforehand.

Wedding Ceremony

Please arrive at least 20 minutes beforehand. St. Paul's Church in Troy is located about 30 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs. Transportation for up to 60 people will be provided from both the Gideon Putnam and Hilton Garden Inn hotels to St. Paul's and back to Saratoga. Trolleys will leave from both the Gideon Putnam and Hilton Garden Inn at 12:30pm, so we recommend getting to the trolley by 12:15pm outside the front of the respective hotel. If you plan to drive, there is on-street parking outside of St. Paul's. There's also a parking garage — 5th Ave Parking Garage (1713 5th Ave) — two blocks away.
Champagne Reception

In British tradition, we will be raising a glass of Champagne — and Pimm's! — in a garden pavilion before heading off to the reception. A light fruit snack and tea sandwiches will also be served. Competitive croquet will kick off on the grass next to the pavilion. High heel protectors will be provided. Our Champagne Reception will be located within the Saratoga Spa State Park at the Carlsbad Pavilion. If you're driving, we highly recommend typing the coordinates of the pavilion into your GPS/sat nav -- 43.044500, -73.808120. To get there from St. Paul's Church, take NY-7W to I-87 North. Get off at Exit 13N. Merge right onto US-9N and drive for 1.7 miles. Turn left onto E West Road. Drive for 1 mile and the Carlsbad Pavilion will be on your left. On entry, provide the park attendant with the provided parking pass, which will be distributed at the church. For those using the trolley transportation provided, the trolleys will stop here en route to the reception at Canfield Casino.
Cocktail Hour & Reception

After the Champagne Reception, we will head to the Canfield Casino located in downtown Saratoga's Congress Park. In American tradition, a cocktail hour including passed hors d'oeuvres will start at 6pm. A plated reception dinner will follow with speeches and toasts in the beautiful Casino banquet hall. Next, we'll clear the dance floor to make way for our band. Bring those dancing moves you've been practicing during lockdown! And, in American tradition, prepare for an open bar. There will be ample parking available outside of the Casino. Those on the trolley transportation provided will be taken directly from the Champagne Reception to the Casino.
After Party

After the party is the after party! We've booked the third floor of the Saratoga City Tavern — it's a short five-minute walk from the Canfield Casino. At the door, let them know you're part of the Leonard-McNutt wedding and they'll escort you to the front of the queue and upstairs. There will be no cover charge, and you can use all five floors of the bar. Though on the third floor, we'll have our own private bartender and light bites.

A Farewell Afternoon at the Track

Entirely optional. In lieu of a farewell brunch, we'll be heading to Saratoga's world-famous track for an afternoon of light-hearted racing and fun. We've reserved four picnic tables as a place to gather — tables H4, H5, G4 and G5. They're located in between the Paddock and the Big Red Spring Pavilion — next to two trees and near a TV. We'll start the day with coffee and donuts, but be sure to bring some cash for bets, food and drink! You're allowed to bring your own food and drinks (including booze!) into the track, but strictly no glass is allowed. The track is walkable from downtown Saratoga — about 15-20 minutes. Paid parking is available around the track.
