Question
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony! Please do not take any photos or videos during the ceremony. Please silence and keep all phones/cameras away. Our photographer is amazing and we look forward to sharing the photos she captures!

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There are about 50 parking spots at the wedding venue. At the Welcome Dinner the parking is limited, so please carpool to ensure everyone gets a spot.

When should I arrive to the venue?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. We ask everyone to arrive between 4:35pm and 4:50pm.

Can I give a toast?
Answer
Unless Emily & Joe have reached out to you regarding a toast, please refrain from giving a toast. We want to keep the night moving along so we have time to mingle with everyone!

What is the dress code?
Answer
For the wedding: we would love to see you all dressed up! Please dress in cocktail attire. EX: suits and cocktail dresses. Please no jeans or hats, and please no white ;) The ceremony will be outside, so prepare for the Colorado weather! For the welcome dinner: wedding-casual! EX: sun dress, nice jeans, collared t-shirt. Still, please no white ;)

When should I RSVP?
Answer
Formal invitations will be mailed out in Spring 2024. Please RSVP by Sunday May 5th, 2024. If we do not get your RSVP back by then, unfortunately you will be marked as a "No." We will miss celebrating with you, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding!
Question
Can I bring a date/plus one? Are kids invited?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will be addressed on your invitation as "_____ & Guest". While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event (with the exception of the littles in the wedding party).

Is there an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be an open bar. Please arrange for a safe ride home after the reception.
