There are "many" places to enjoy a good meal or to have a drink in downtown Petersburg. Below, are some of the top places to eat/drink. At Ingas and the Salty Pantry you can enjoy a drink on their outdoor patio, if weather allows. Petersburg has two dive bars located downtown as well, Harbor Bar and Kitos. Be sure to check those out!
If you wanted to take a tour or excursion while in Petersburg here you will find some recommendations. Viking Travel is a great place to help with planning, as well. There are many options if you want to go whale watching, hiking, fishing, visit the LeConte Glacier and much more. Be warned, Petersburg is apart of the Tongass National Forest so expect rain, but hope for sun!

There are many great hikes in Petersburg. Ravens Roost is the most accessible from town. Takes about four hours. If not cloudy, beautiful view from the top.
