Due to the unique nature of this celebration, the more notice you give in advance the better. If you are coming up from out of town with us or invited to stay at the venue, please give us a 45 day notice if you will be in attendance so that we can make the right accommodations for everyone invited.

There is a large gravel area where guests may park their cars during the events.

Unfortunately Sandy River getaway is a smoke and vape free property inside and outside. Please use your vehicle if you feel the need to vape or smoke. Per their rules, we will be charged a $1000 smoking fine if anyone is caught.
