I notice that some events have a disclaimer that they are invite-only. How do I know what events my party is invited to?

Do you have any travel recommendations?

Answer

If you are looking for convenience in traveling, you will want to try and find a flight to Gainesville Regional Airport, but only a select few airlines fly here so YMMV. Alternatively, Orlando International Airport and Jacksonville International Airport are major airports, but about two hours away. If GNV is not an option we encourage you to fly into MCO so we can help arrange travel. Our wedding reception will be at the UF Hilton Conference Center, so it would be most convenient for you to stay at this hotel. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

For the ceremony, there is parking on either side of the main sanctuary, as well as street parking throughout the neighborhood. For the reception and hotel guests, the UF Hilton Conference Center offers complimentary parking. We will also have a shuttle between these two locations to ease transportation concerns & encourage responsible drinking.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We want to ensure you can enjoy your time at our wedding weekend, so we will do our best to accommodate any allergies or other dietary restrictions beyond what is already offered. Shoot us an email so we can best cater to your needs. For the Wedding Reception dinner, there are four options to choose from for the plated meal: Beef, Chicken, Fish, and a Vegan/Vegetarian/GF friendly option.
