What Should I Wear?

Answer

The dress code is - Garden Party Cocktail Attire: Dress up for a fun garden celebration! Think cocktail attire with a fresh and festive twist—light fabrics, floral prints, spring colors, and the ceremony will be held outdoors. We recommend shoes that are comfortable for walking in grass and dancing! As tradition please do not wear white.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, please arrive no later than 3:45pm. This is just to insure you have enough time to say hello and find your seats without chances of missing the ceremony! We kindly ask if you do arrive late please wait until further instructions before being seated! Thank you.

Are Pictures Allowed At the Wedding?

Answer

We ask that during the ceremony no devices are used. Please silence your phones, and be present with us. We have an amazing photographer. During the reception, please feel free to help us capture the moment!

Will The Ceremony/Reception Be Indoors Or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside in the gardens, but the reception will be inside the barn with open doors allowing usage of outside grounds.

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15TH so we are able to make proper adjustments. We all understand that life happens! If you RSVP and can’t attend, please contact Jake at 360-420-5666. Thank you!

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

Unfortunately no, we have a strict guest list due to the venues capacity. We will only accommodate the names listed on the invitations. Unless you have spoke to Jake or Emily directly. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes, there will be cocktail hour with a charcuterie board, followed by Arbia pizza and followed by an assortment of desserts!

Have You Booked Hotel Rooms For Guests?

Answer

No, due to the location being in our home town we are leaving hotel accommodations to guests. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any questions please contact Emily or Jake.

Is There Smoking Allowed On The Premises?

Answer

Yes, there are designated smoking areas, we please ask you respect the venue and use only these spots. No marijuana allowed on the property, thank you for your understanding!

Yes! There will be parking available at the venue.

We will be continuing the party at the Swinomish Casino! Please feel free to join us after the Reception! We can’t wait to see you there
