Emily and Jake met in October 2023 at the Brown Lantern, where Emily was a bartender and Jake was a patron who was seated in her section. Coincidentally, one of Jake’s best friends, who happened to be there that evening, was a coworker of Emily’s- thus began the meddling and eventual set up in a first date. They quickly became inseparable, and after many discussions realized that their paths have crossed many times over the years prior. Since that fateful fall day, the happy couple now live together and are proud owners of their cats.
