One of Jack and Emily's absolute favorite spots in the city. It is free to go in, so you can stay for five mins or five hours and it is worth it. Don't forget to go find the giraffes, those are the best!
The first place Jack and Emily ever went in Chicago and would go there 100 times over. Penne al vodka here is unmatched.
A staple of Chicago and worth the visit! Make sure to get a Chicago Hot Dog from one of the vendors while you are down there -- trust us, they are amazing.
Jack and Emily sit at the bar here an embarrassing amount and that is because it is the best place ever. Must haves include a green tea shot, brussel sprouts, parmesan fries and the honey daniels salad (sub milanese chicken) and also everything else on the entire menu.
Perfect for a nice long walk along the beach or laying out and enjoying some sun!
Those from Bethesda get it, but the pancakes here hit different. And it's in the best way. Also, get the freshly-squeezed OJ!
Weirdly Jack (and soon Emily!) share a name with this place and so it was a must try. Incredible bacon, egg and cheese (not for Jack obviously because he's weird) on an everything bagel and make sure to try their special mustard!
Looking for something to do Friday night? Head out to Wells Street and the Old Town area for a slice of pizza at Ranalli's or Happy Camper, a burger and fries at Small Cheval or enjoy a few rounds at Corcoran's.
