A tale as old as time, Emily was throwing a corporate event in Vegas and Jack was sent as a sales representative by his company. Luckily, Emily's event was in fact for Jack's company! They hit it off at a team dinner the night before the big event and then at the event continued their connection. After pretending that long-distance could never work and not speaking for a week, they began chatting over text and soon over the phone and soon over facetime and before they knew it, Jack was asking Emily to fly to Seattle so they could see what this thing really was. The second they were reunited at the airport, they knew it was meant to be. After the best weekend ever, Jack asked Emily to be his girlfriend before she flew back to DC and thus began their cross-country romance.
