Cocktail Hour

3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Guests are asked to take a photo with the Bride and Groom at the church before heading over to the reception venue! Light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided in the church gym. Guests can also leave after their photo to check in to their hotel and catch the shuttle over to the venue!

Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Guests can begin arriving at Avante at 5:00pm and an Open Bar will be available. Dinner will begin at 6:00pm. Bar service will close during dinner, but wine will be available at the tables. Open bar will resume at 7:00pm until 10pm.
