Probably a good idea, but we're thinking you shouldn't need much. See below for details. Anything else you might want can be found a Big Sky Town Center just 15 minutes down the road. AT YOUR HOUSE We'll be outfitting each house with basic snacks, light food, beverages, and adult beverages. This will include coffee, cream and sugar. Some of your House Stash will be earmarked for your house's designated After Party. FOR THURSDAY The evening Music Festival will have food and beverage trucks available. FOR FRIDAY We've got the whole day covered: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Beverage, Cocktail Hour(s), Late Night Bites. FOR SATURDAY We're hosting a full Brunch, and then later the Happy Hour apps at Tips Up. FOR SUNDAY Anyone staying over is welcome to join the group reservation at Horn & Cantle for dinner.
ATTIRE: We kindly request semi-formal attire for our celebration. Suits or sport coats for gentlemen, and dresses or dressy separates for ladies. The Bride will be in a Wedding Dress and the Groom will be nattily-attired. We'll have a clothes steamer at each house for pesky travel wrinkles.
THURSDAY HIKE AT BEEHIVE BASIN The (optional) hike at Beehive Basin is a Moderate mountain hike. About 3.3 miles each way with some elevation gain. Dress appropriately, carry water, food and a just-in-case jacket. Expect the hike to be 4+ hours, including some time "at the top". WEDDING DAY WATERFALL WALK We'll be walking together in wedding attire to see Ousel Falls and take some pictures. This (optional) walk is 0.75 miles each way, on well-maintained trails, with a rating of Easy. You may want to change into comfortable shoes for this part, and we'll have bottled water for you to bring along. For those that opt out, we'll have an informal "social setup" at the trailhead for you to enjoy the scenery until we return!
A friendly heads-up to our flatlander friends: Altitude sickness is sneaky. Be sure to hydrate, take it easy on arrival, and keep an eye on your alcohol intake. We want you feeling great for all the festivities!
