This is the hotel that the wedding party will be staying at both nights! Also, there are a LIMITED number of rooms at this hotel for the discounted rate, so if you know you are coming, it is best to reserve a room as soon as possible. To make your reservation, please use the website link provided below (when you click on "View") or you can call the hotel directly and tell them you are with the Waddell-Navarro Wedding. This will ensure you get the discounted rate ($109 Thurs/ $169 Fri, taxes not included). This hotel is only a 5min drive from Home2 Suites and there are many other options in the area if you do not want to stay at either hotel we have blocked.

We have hired two buses for your convenience! The buses will arrive at Best Western at 3:15pm and leave at 3:30pm sharp. They will then drive to Home2 Suites and depart that hotel at 3:50pm sharp so that they arrive at the wedding venue around 4:40pm. There is only one departure time from both hotels, and the bus cannot be late to the venue. If you happen to miss the bus, you will have to arrange transportation to the wedding venue. (An Uber or Lyft is about $35 and a 25-minute drive away.) For those not staying at either the Home2 Suites or Best Western, you may also take the bus; however, you will have to arrange how you will get to and from either of the hotels we have blocked. At the end of the night, we have arranged for the buses to drop everyone off at the two hotels we have blocked. The bus will leave the venue at 10:00pm and arrive at the hotels around 10:35pm. If 10:00pm is too late for you, there will be a bus leaving the venue after dinner (around 8:00pm) to take guests back to the hotels. If you choose to drive to the venue, there is tons of free parking! Just be aware, the roads close to the venue are winding and not lit. Also, we are not allowed to park overnight at the venue so make sure you drink responsibly if you plan to drive because your car will be towed if left overnight at Breaux.

Transportation to Leesburg

The closest airport to Leesburg, VA is Dulles International Airport (IAD). You can Uber or Lyft, take a cab, or rent a car from Dulles for the ~23-minute drive. If you choose to Uber/ Lyft, the cost should be ~$35-40 one-way. If you fly into Reagan Washington Airport (DCA), you can take the Metro train to Dulles International Airport (or Ashburn) and then take a cab, Uber, or Lyft from there.
