Formal but comfortable
It will be warm and cool off as the sun sets. Wear something comfortable but nice. Khaki shorts and a polo or jeans and a nice shirt for the men. Comfortable sundress or pants/skirt with a nice blouse for the women. Keep the color scheme to dark or light blues, tans, neutrals, light sage greens. Comfortable footwear for walking.
