Alex Kenney
Best Man
Alex is Chandler's childhood best friend and partner in crime. They attended elementary school, middle school, and high school together. In 2016 Chandler transferred to William & Mary and quickly joined the same fraternity as Alex. After graduation, they both moved to Arlington, VA where they became roommates. Chandler moved away in late 2019 to be closer to Emily, but they have remained close friends. They are best known for their shenanigans (a very fitting word to use because anyone who knows Alex knows that he is a proud Irishman, who attends the St. Patrick's Day festivities every year in Boston); which have now spanned across decades, state lines, and even the Atlantic Ocean.
Marissa Martin
Maid of Honor
Emily met Marissa at birth, where she was devastated to learn that the world would no longer revolve around her. After the initial shock wore off, the sisters became best friends and also sworn enemies. Bloodbaths over stolen clothes and the tv remote could just as quickly become uncontrollable bouts of the giggles, and both bonded over putting their younger brother in costumes before he got too old to object. Emily always knew Marissa would be her Maid of Honor, and she is looking forward to having her sister by her side on wedding day. She is also hoping that Marissa will finally find a way to repay her for the Wonderball that she stole and ate in approximately 2002.
Jack Stauffer
Groomsman
Jack and Chandler met at a housewarming party in 2020, and quickly became close friends over their love of Busch Light and the NFC East. They have since attended two music festivals together (Firefly and Shaky Knees) and have labeled themselves "Festival People". When not attending festivals, Chandler and Jack enjoy playing Madden. Jack recently moved to Atlanta, but he and Chandler have remained close and visit each other often. They have completed many road trips together (and even got into a car accident once) in the 3 years that they have known each other and look forward for many more to come.
Kress Sands

Emily and Kress (technically Eugenia, but whatever) don't really remember how they met, but they also don't really remember a time when they weren't friends (although initial encounter was somewhere around 2018). There was once a time where Emily went to Kress's house to devour her incredible cheese plates so often that every time she got into her car, her phone suggested "Kress's" as the GPS destination. Even though they disagree on the topics of Yung Gravy and Machine Gun Kelly, Emily was excited to be one of Kress's bridesmaids and is even more excited that Kress is returning that favor.
Walker Cleary
Groomsman
Walker was Chandler's Big Brother in their Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. They could often be found together frequenting their favorite spot in Williamsburg, Brickhouse Tavern. Outside of their Fraternity, Walker and Chandler worked as Lifeguards at the William & Mary Campus Rec Center and were part of an elite group of Guards there known as the "Brofessional Rescuers". Walker and Chandler remained close after graduation as they both moved to the DC area and were lucky enough to attend a Stanley Cup game together in 2018.
Madison McClary

Emily met Madison the day she moved into the house down the street in 4th grade, and the two became best friends instantly. From countless sleepovers to One Direction Infection to never missing a single school dance together, Madison could likely tell about one thousand embarrassing stories of teenage Emily (but she won't, because she's a great friend!). They've seen each other through ups (3 pm swim practice) and downs (5 am swim practice), at least 3 unforgettable New Years Eve basement parties, and band-related adventures from San Francisco to Frankenmuth.
Alexander Christie

Alexander and Chandler also attended elementary school, middle school, and high school together after Alexander moved to Virginia from across the pond in 3rd Grade. They had quite the rivalry going in Elementary and Middle School as they both went back and forth as the tallest person in their grade. They got to know each other quite well as there were many school activities where the students were required to line up by height and so they were always placed next to each other. Alexander and Chandler remained close after high school and through college. Chandler took a few road trips to visit Alexander at Radford, and Alexander visited Chandler a few times at Elon. After college, Alexander and Chandler both worked for the same company in Reston, VA.
Bel Kelly-Russo

Emily was scared of Bel when they first met through their sorority pledge class, because she thought Bel had great music taste and fashion and was therefore way too cool for her. This turned out to be true, but luckily Bel turned out to also be the kind of friend to share her clothes and always have an extra ticket to a show and a couch to crash on. Many things have changed since the days of themed fraternity parties, twin xl beds and slightly creepy sorority rituals, but Emily and Bel have remained close friends throughout the years; they even got to meet up in Ireland while Bel studied for her Masters at Trinity.
Ryan Spencer
Groomsman
Chandler first met Ryan while visiting Alexander at Radford. Alexander and Ryan were both on club swim and were living together as roommates at the time. In addition to both being car enthusiasts, Chandler and Ryan bonded over their love of the Washington "Redskins/Football Team/Commanders" and the beach. After graduation Ryan and Chandler both moved to the DC area where they remained friends. They never missed an opportunity to go to the beach over a long weekend and have attended many "bros trips" together to destinations such as Daytona Beach FL, Savannah GA, and New Orleans LA. They still text occasionally to argue over what the best truck is and discuss the benefits of warrantees.
Noland Butler

While Emily and Noland first met through their sorority at William and Mary, it was the summer study abroad trip to Florence, Italy that really brought them together. The two bonded over a shared love of margaritas and sunshine, and have continued to put this love into practice over the years through countless marg runs, several river trips, and one failed attempt to fly into the Wilmington airport. They were ecstatic to find that the other had moved to Richmond after graduation, and have remained close in the subsequent years. Emily and Noland also share an alma mater for their professional degrees - Go Spiders! (Note: Noland HATES spiders)
Fritz von Kat
Cat of Honor
Fritz is a 5 year old American Shorthair Tabby who loves loafing on the couch, loafing on the floor, and loafing on his people. Although he is unable to attend either the ceremony or the reception (because he is a cat), he is taking his role as Cat of Honor very seriously and is eating lots of cheese in preparation.
