Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

There will be two shuttles taking guests to the venue. The first shuttle will leave the Renaissance hotel at 5:10pm. The second shuttle will leave the Renaissance hotel at 5:35pm. Shuttle pick up is outside entrance of hotel on 6th Avenue.
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
The event is black tie optional.
Ceremony will start promptly at 6pm.
6:30 pm - 11:30 pm
11:00 pm
There will be a shuttle taking guests back to the Renaissance Hotel. The first shuttle will leave from the entrance of the Carnegie Science Center at 11 pm. The second shuttle will leave at 11:45pm.
10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Brunch will take place in the Rhapsody Ball Room. You can come and go as you please.
