Sarah Sapsford
Co-Maid of Honour
Sarah is the older sister of Emily and has been a role model for her since day 1. Sarah set the bar while growing up, making it slightly difficult for the rest of us to catch up, but also made me challenge myself. Emily followed Sarah to the University of Guelph in 2006 where they spent one year living together and getting up to no good. Sarah moved to Australia shortly after graduating and has been living overseas ever since. Emily went to Australia in 2011 to visit Sarah and spent 10 days in the Australian bush learning what she did for her Master's research. Safe to say, Emily is now afraid of any beady eyes she sees in the dark. Sarah now resides in New Zealand, where Emily and Caley plan to visit soon to taste all the wine!
Victoria Sapsford
Co-Maid of Honour
Victoria is the younger sister of Emily and also the baby of the family. Along with being the baby of the family, Victoria is also the wild child. She is the only one of the Sapsford sisters that enjoys eating tomatoes (some of you will understand). Victoria was the last one to leave the nest (being the youngest and all) but took off to Ottawa after high school and then straight off to France where she fit right in with the chic Europeans. Victoria ventured back to Vancouver Island in 2015 when Emily was finishing up her last year of school so they were able to spend a lot of time together. Victoria's passion for fashion eventually led to her leaving beautiful British Columbia for a more lively city. Victoria has now been living in Montreal since 2016 and is loving every moment of it.
Jaedan Leimert
Best Man
Jaedan is Caley’s younger brother. Caley and Jae grew up in Kelowna and spent much of their youth in the Shuswap during the summer months between school years. Jae completed his bachelor of fine arts in Victoria BC in 2013. After working on local cabin renovations in the Shuswap for most of a year Jae spent six months living in Berlin before eventually moving to Vancouver BC to pursue his career as an artist. He now lives in the commercial drive district of Vancouver and works for Bocci & Omer Arbel Office as a Junior Collaborator where he works on projects ranging from high-end lighting to large architectural structures. In Jae’s spare time he enjoys hosting late-night karaoke parties and can sing a mean Shania Twain.
