There are many Bed & Breakfasts in Alaska that are highly recommended (listed below). The wedding itself will be in Wasilla Alaska so we recommend you stay somewhere in the city. Wasilla is approximately 45 minutes from the Anchorage airport. There are plenty of grocery stores and amenities right down town. Parks Highway is the road to know as it can get you pretty much anywhere. If you get to town a couple days early Caed and I highly recommend visiting :
- Hiking the butte (Palmer)
- Visiting Eklutna Lake (Chugach State Park)
- Driving to Hatcher Pass (Palmer)
- Day trip to Talkeetna (Talkeetna)
- Day trip to Girdwood (Girdwood)
- Walk the Coastal trail (Anchorage)
But of course nothing will top our wedding!
