Outdoor Setting - Dress Accordingly!
Spend the morning and afternoon at The Mountain Shadow Amphitheater! The location is secluded within the foothills of Hiddenite, NC, and we always enjoy the nature sights and sounds which the site offers. We plan on visiting and having a small campfire and just enjoying the day with some coffee and conversations. A grill will be available for guests to cook their own meals, but we will also have appetizers and snacks throughout the day. (Side Note: We are camping out overnight on top of the mountain, and you are welcome to join in the fun! This welcome event is a perfect chance to pick your camping area - Get your tent setup and have all of your camping gear ready for the evening.)

Our ceremony will be short and sweet, officiated by Emily's brother Todd Morrison. We invite our family and friends to join us as we say "I do". Immediately following the ceremony we will have live music featuring some of our favorite local artists!
Reception

Our reception will take place in the Mountain Shadow Amphitheater! If possible, bring a camping char or two - But there are picnic tables and around 15 chairs available on site. Food details TBD. Music Schedule 6:30-7:30 Justin Clyde Williams 7:45-8:45 Dani Kerr 9:00-10:00 - Isaac Hickerson We plan on camping on site following the live music, and we invite you to join us if you'd like to! There is a large clearing at the top of a mountain about .25 miles up a trail from the amphitheater. We will have a large fire with some fireside pickin' and cookin' until we decide it's time to call it a night. (If you choose to camp out, we suggest using our Welcome Event window (10am-4:30-pm) to set up your campsite and gear up in the woods. We will not be providing any camping essentials, so pack accordingly for a one night stay in the outdoors!)

We invite you to come over for a laid back visit to our homestead! As long as the weather lets us, we will be enjoying our countryside setting with some grilling, a campfire, and some guitar pickin'... Feel free to stop by for as long or as short as you'd like and close out our special weekend with some memories alongside our favorite people!
