Outdoor Setting - Dress Accordingly!
We’ll be around to greet everyone and kick off the day, but we’ll also be stepping away for a bit to get ready for the ceremony. Think of this as an open, come-and-go gathering rather than a structured event. Take this time to settle in, explore the property, and make yourselves at home. If you’re planning to camp, feel free to pick out a campsite and set up. There’s no rush—just enjoy the space, the scenery, and each other’s company. We’ll all come back together soon for the ceremony… and that’s when the real celebration begins!

Outdoor Setting - Dress Accordingly!
After everyone’s had time to settle in, we’ll gather together for a short and meaningful ceremony. Nothing too formal or drawn out—just the moment where we make it official, surrounded by all of you. The setting won’t change much from earlier in the day, so stay comfortable and come as you are. This is simply a pause in the celebration to focus on what brought us all here in the first place. Once we’ve said “I do,” we’ll roll right back into the rest of the evening—same place, same people, just with a little more to celebrate!

Outdoor Setting - Dress Accordingly!
We’ll roll straight from the ceremony into an evening of live music, and a laid-back, come-as-you-are kind of party. Find a spot and settle in for a night of dancing, wandering, and enjoying the moments together. If you’re able, bring a camping chair or two—there are some picnic tables and a handful of chairs on site, but extra seating will definitely come in handy. Music Schedule 6:30–7:30 — Isaac Hickerson 7:45–8:45 — Dani Kerr 9:15–11:00 — Justin Clyde Williams Band When the music winds down, we’re not quite done yet. We’ll be heading up the trail to keep things going with a big fire, some late-night pickin’, and whatever kind of fun the night brings! If you want to stay the night and be part of it all, we’d love to have you. We recommend using the Welcome Event window (1PM–4:30 PM) to explore, pick a campsite, and get set up ahead of time. Just be sure to bring what you need for a night in the woods!

Didn’t get enough? Neither did we! If you’re still around, come hang with us one more time before heading out. This will be a slow, easy day—coffee in hand, something simple to eat, and a chance to relive the night before with whoever comes around. No schedule, no expectations. Just good company, fresh air, and a soft landing after a big day! Come as you are, stay as long (or as little) as you’d like.
