We're so grateful to our family and friends who are traveling from afar to celebrate with us. Since our wedding is being held the weekend after the Fourth of July, and since summer on the North Fork is always busy - we expect a bustling weekend! The 3 Riverhead hotels listed below (Hilton, Hyatt, and Holiday Inn) are about 30 minutes away from our ceremony and reception (without traffic). Trolley service will run from the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hyatt Place East End (both in Riverhead) to and from the wedding venue. Unfortunately, the blocks noted below expired May 6, 2018. We hope you promptly booked your stay! If you want the true North Fork experience and want to be closer to the wedding location, other wineries, vineyards, and activities, there are a lot of gorgeous B&Bs and smaller inns nearby. Travel Note

Nearest Airports

The nearest major airports are JFK and LaGuardia. However, given ongoing construction at LaGuardia, we recommend opting for JFK if you have the choice. You may also choose to fly into Islip/MacArthur, which is in Long Island closer to the wedding venue. However, this is a small regional airport and you'll likely have less flight options and at least one connecting flight.

Trolley between the Hotels and the Wedding

July 7, 2018 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

A chartered trolley (North Fork Trolley) will run between the Hilton Garden Inn, the Hyatt Place East End, and the wedding location. The trolley will run once to the wedding location and once back to the hotels after the reception ends. Times are below: 2:30PM - Pickup at Hilton Garden Inn, Riverhead to the Hyatt Place, then to ceremony 2:35PM - Pickup at Hyatt Place East End, Riverhead to ceremony 11:00PM - Pickup at Old Field Vineyards, Southold to both Hilton Garden Inn and Hyatt Place East End **Please expect a 10-15 minute variance to the times above due to expected heavy traffic in the area for the 4th of July Holiday weekend**
