Nashville has one main airport accomodating many major airlines. The busiest time to arrive to this airport is between 3-5pm on Friday's. The most ideal time to arrive on Friday April 17th would be before 3pm or after 6pm to have decreased transportation costs and traffic.

Valet: If you will be driving to one of our events at the Noelle Hotel… PLEASE USE THE VALET SERVICE AT THE NOELLE HOTEL- this is FREE of charge for all guests of our Anderson/Rimbert Events IF when you are met by a Valet you tell them you have an event code. They will show you how to create your account and apply the code. DO NOT put in your credit card or you will be charged, please put in the code WED17. When you request your car upon departure, you will do this all through the text messaging you will receive. Their program is only through their text messaging which the Valet’s will initiate. You will have 12 hours per parking which should be enough time to attend all or some of the events. Shuttle: If you would like to take the shuttle out to the wedding and park at the Noelle Hotel. The Shuttle buses will leave from Church and 4th Street at 4:30pm on 4/18, Church Street S between the Noelle and the Courtyard Marriott hotels. Shuttles will return every hour starting at 9pm, 10pm and 11pm from the wedding venue to the same location on Church Street.

Guests will enjoy an additional room discount upon checkout. This will not be reflected in the initial booking but you can anticipate your nightly room rate to be $149 a night, which includes taxes and fees. Valet: PLEASE USE THE VALET SERVICE AT THE COURTYARD MARRIOTT HOTEL- this is FREE of charge for all guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott. Charge the Valet to your room and it will be free upon checkout.
