Understanding 'Black Tie Optional'

Answer

For the Gentlemen: A tuxedo is welcome, but a dark suit and tie is perfectly acceptable. For the Ladies: A formal gown, cocktail dress, or dressy evening separates are all appropriate. Colorful dresses are preferred. Other Considerations: The season and venue of the event can help guide your outfit choice. The couple and their wedding party will be dressed in black tie.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors with an indoor reception to follow.

Question

My children were not listed on the invitation, can I still bring them?

Answer

Although we adore your little ones, this is an adult only ceremony and reception with the exception of the children in the wedding party. If your children must travel with you, Nashville has an excellent babysitting service called Wyndy that can accomodate our adults-only wedding events on both Friday and Saturday night.

Are Plus Ones Allowed

Answer

Please refer to your formal invitation as the name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

What's the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

Complimentary valet will be available at the venue, self-parking is not available. All guests are welcome to join the complimentary shuttle from the Noelle Hotel, which will provide round-trip service to the celebration.
