Wedding guests are responsible for making their own individual reservations. Please call the Hotel toll free at 1-888-755-6482 or send an email to reservations@nitalakelodge.com with your reservation request. Identify yourself as guests of the “Emily Frost & Robert Armstrong Wedding” for ease of booking. Reservation requests must be made on or before Tuesday, 13 January 2026, to qualify for the wedding couple rate. Individuals will be required to guarantee their reservations by use of a major credit card at the time of booking. Payment for individual reservations shall be due in full on Tuesday, 13 January 2026. Sunday - Thursday Rate Friday - Saturday Rate Studio Suite $299 $449 Studio Lakeview Suite $329 $489 One Bedroom Suite $359 $599 One Bedroom Lakeview Suite $399 $629 Two Bedroom Suite $599 $839 Two Bedroom Lakeview Suite $639 $879 There is a two night reservation requirement. Room rates are based on the occupancy quoted above under each room type. Any additional person sharing a room will be charged an additional $40 per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 12 years who share with their immediate family. The Group Rooms Rates are net, non-commissionable and subject to Provincial Sales Tax (PST) at 8%, Municipal and Regional District Tax (MRDT) at 3%, and Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 5%.

There are many different car rental companies available if you are arriving at the Vancouver International Airport. You MUST have WINTER tires when driving to Whistler in March. Please ensure that your rental company can provide this before booking.
