All wedding events will take place at Nita Lake Lodge in Whistler. The wedding (ceremony and reception) will take place in the afternoon/evening of Sunday March 15, 2026. Please stayed tuned as we work out the finer details of the timing of the day.

There are several bus/coach services that regularly travel between Vancouver and Whistler. Please check the travel tab on our website for the details of a coach company with regular departure times to Whistler. Nita Lake Lodge is also happy to assist in booking airport transportation for guests.
While we would like to be able to celebrate with as many as possible, we have made our event adults-only and restricted attendance to only those who have received an invitation. We thank you for your understanding on this, but please reach out if you have any questions.

The ceremony will take place outside under the porte cochere. While this is a paved, covered area, you may want to have a warm layer for the ceremony. All other festivities will take place inside.
Due to hotel policy we will need to wrap up the party at midnight.
Yes. Throughout the cocktail hour and reception, guests are welcome to purchase drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) at the bar. Please note that as part of hotel policy, shots will not be served. The bar will accept cash and debit/credit.

Yes. A short cocktail hour with small bites will be served, shortly followed by a full dinner service.
No, there is no formal gift registry. Your presence is truly the only gift we need and you joining us on our special day means the world to us as we start our married life. If you still wish to gift us with more than your company, know that we are saving for our first home and would be so grateful for any contribution towards that goal. But please know that your company is what we value most!
The attire is semi-formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses! We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing jeans or very casual wear. Remember that the ceremony is outside, so bring a warm layer for that part of the day.
