Secure Passport
You will need a passport to travel to Mexico. Please secure your passport ASAP because it takes time and there are several steps involved in the process. Even if you already have a passport, please double check the expiration date. You are not permitted to travel with a passport that has less than 6 months left before expiration. **Please note that the last day to get a full refund of your $100 deposit is 10/31/25. We strongly advise that you apply for your passport well in advance of this date.
Cancún International Airport
The closest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN). Round trip transportation to and from the airport will be applied to each reservation by our Travel Agency for $180 per couple. **Please note that single travelers will see a charge of $180 as this is the standard shuttle price for 2 people. Once flight itineraries are put together, anyone that does not have a "solo" shuttle will be refunded as they will end up on a shuttle with another guest on the same arrivals and departures. Otherwise, since the cost of the entire shuttle (round trip) is for one passenger, the cost is $180. Most single passengers don't end up on their own shuttle and will be refunded the difference.** In early 2026, confirmed guests with hotel bookings will receive detailed information via email regarding airport arrival, customs and the port of entry process, and ground transfer transportation.
